On Friday, May 1st supporters of the Theresa Foundation joined in raising awareness and funds for the Theresa’s of the world at the 21st Annual Theresa Awards.
Guests were brought back in time to the Roaring Twenties when performers from Dance with Me USA showcased dances from that era. Although their act was a hard one to follow, everyone enjoyed dancing the night away to the eclectic music.
The night wouldn’t have been the same without the two deserving honorees. Both Fred C. Klein, Esq. and Mary Alice Jackson, Esq. humbly accepted the Theresa Award for all of their hard work within their communities. The Theresa Foundation was honored to be able to present the
Theresa Award to two people who always help,
but never ask for anything in return.
The Theresa Foundation is proud to make a donation of $5,000 in each honoree’s name. Fred C. Klein, Esq. donated the $5,000 in his honor to the Theresa Academy of Performing Arts (TAPA). Mary Alice Jackson, Esq. also graciously donated $2,000 to the Oncology program at All Children’s Hospital and $3,000 to TAPA.
