TAPA’s Boys Dance /Drum class is a movement class designed especially for teenage boys. Teachers use contemporary music to focus on percussion instruments, rhythm, patterns, and call/response activities. Students also dance with partners, free style dance, follow teachers, and stretch.
Some of our favorite activities include: echo drumming, scarf dancing, and square dancing!
This class is always a great evening class for boys of all ages and abilities. At the end of the year, students present one or two dances/ songs at our June showcase.
